Nur zur Ergänzung: TW steht für die Postcode Area Twickenham (" Mail for this area is sorted at the Jubilee Mail Centre Hounslow") [1] und GU für die Postcode Area Guildford (" The main sorting office is in Hounslow (Jubilee Mail Centre)") [2]. Wobei nun wohl auch klar sein sollte, wo der Stempel geführt wird. ;-)

Das Kürzel T.T. kann ich auf die Schnelle noch nicht interpretieren.
