LC perfins listed in the UK. Feel safe that the one you have is that of Leeds
Corp. Some of the other "corporate" users are: Lancaster, Leicester, Leigh, Lewisham, Leyton, Lindsey, Llanelli, Loughborough and Luton (no London). They are also used by 4 boroughs, and several businesses. Hope this helps somewhat.

So es ist nicht von London, aber wahrscheinlich von ein der andere genannte Städte. Das Stempel ist leider nicht zu lesen.
