You make no mention of the fact this is a C.O.D. item (Nachnahme) top left
Below this is Postgebühr = Postage. The recipient was expected to pay 2,30 Fr.

On the face I read "refusiert weil unrichtig adressiert" = refused because incorrectly addressed.

Unforetunately the writing on the reverse is beyond my ability, so hopefully another will be able to decipher and transcribe it.
