Hello hajo22 - nice to see your Neuchâtel post card.
I am showing examples of both Type 1 and Type 2, so you can see the difference. Type 1 has 11 hachures top and bottom, Type 2 has 10 hachures top and bottom. Type 2 was first used 1 July 1902.
The examples show Type 1 29.X.1900 to Brousse, Turkey. Type 2 as a receiving date stamp from Bastia, Corsica, 17 July 1902.
Notice Type 1 has dots at each end of the date bridge.
