Er kam zurück mit dem Aufkleber "Retour gemäß UPU IB Circular No 71 von 2014." Ich habe im Internet gesucht, was dieses UPU Rundschreiben bedeutet, aber dazu muß man beim Weltpostverein eine Kennung haben. Weiß jemand was dieses Rundschreiben beinhaltet?

Derzeit ist das Zirkular Nr. 71 vom 28.04.2014 online einsehbar dank des Hinweises von dietbeck aus Beitrag [#13]:

"The designated operator of UKRAINE, the Ukrainian State Postal Enterprise (Ukrposhta), asks us to inform all designated operators of UPU member countries that, owing to the current situation in Ukraine, and on the Crimean peninsula in particular, there are difficulties delivering postal items of all kinds, including EMS items, to addressees residing in the Crimea and Sevastopol.

Ukrposhta therefore asks the designated operators of UPU member countries to suspend the dispatching to Ukraine of any international postal items, including EMS items, ddressed to the Crimea (postal codes in the range 95000–99999).

Ukrposhta apologizes to all postal customers for these temporary difficulties, and is grateful to the designated operators of UPU member countries for their cooperation and understanding in these exceptional circumstances.

Ukrposhta will inform designated operators about the resumption of deliveries as soon as the situation changes."
