was ein "Acceptance Center" ist weiß ich auch nicht. Der Ort Vientiane dürfte stimmen. Im Internet fand ich die laotische PLZ 01000 für "Chanthabouly (Central)". Chanthabuly ist ein Bezirk der Präfektur Vientiane in Laos.
