Ich habe diese Literatur über britische Portoraten nur aufgeführt, weil weiter oben jemand danach gefragt hat.

Und es stimmt, der Tabeart ist wirklich nicht gerade übersichtlich. Ich habe nur die 1. Auflage, und kann sie im Moment auch nicht finden. ;-)

Was schreiben denn Tabeart 2. Auflage, Wawrukiewicz, Johnson über die Auslandsporti nach Peru für den Zeitraum 1878/83 ?

Aus der 1. Auflage von Tabeart hatte ich mir notiert:

1878.10.1 UPU-entrance noted and a reduced (but still not GPU-) rate introduced.
1878.12.28 entry of Peru into GPU delayed, rates reverted.
1879.4.1 note by British GPO: t he entry of Peru into the Postal Union having been further postponed, the reduction of postage recently made on letters to and from that country on the understanding that it became a member of the Union, is necessarily withdrawn; and the rates chargeable on and after the 1st April next will be those that were in force previous to the 1st Oct, 1878.
1879.6.17 final admittance of Peru to now UPU.
