I replied five times, but my message was not accepted by your e-mail.

The illustrated Cinderella stamp was issued by Soviet Ukraine in 1930's to collect funds for building up Airlines (read Military Air Force). It was issued probably in Kharkiv.

The inscription is in Ukrainian.
