Here is a 1934 cover from Prenzlau dated 27th January, 1934 to Jerusalem. This is presumably Jews contacting emigre relatives who have moved to Palestine where they could take their assets with them, under a deal with the Nazi regime. This population movement was quite big, and was important to provide a base for setting up the State of Israel in 1948.
