On this German Post Card with Paid Answer and German and Romanian stamps with overprint " M.V.i.R " (
Militar-Verwaltung in Rumanien ) ,
The real facts :
- Post Card is original no doubt
- It is a philatelic " item" made by a stamp dealer or a stamp collector
The questionable fact :
- On the date on postmark " 28 August 1918 " , were the stamps with
M.V.i.R. overprint in Latin letters ( 15 Bani/ 15 Pfg -RED, 25 Bani/20 Pfg - BLACK, 40 Bani/30 Pfg - RED ) still in circulation/use at that date ?1? Because from 2nd July 1917 same stamps but with overprint " M.V.i.R. " in Gothic letters was put in circulation.
Thanks
