I collect Refused Mail of Switzerland and would like to add this to my exhibit.

Of special interest is the writing bottom front of this letter "refusirt. . . . . . . . . . . .

Why was this letter refused, and why do you think the refusal was crossed out?



The reverse of the letter has two notes, which probably refer to the the reason the letter was refused, then changed.

Any other information about this letter would be very helpful to me.
